Our experience dates to 1984 when we opened our first, of many, Assisted Living Facilities creating one of the first Home-Like Environments in the United States. In 1989 our founder, Stan Hosac, was honored with the "Senior Housing Professional of the Year" award by the National Council of the Multifamily Housing Industry and National Association of Home Builders.
In 1990, our Company created a Private Duty "Homecare" and "Healthcare" Company. By 1995, the Company was a State Licensed Company, with a Federal Medicare Certificate, adding acute care nursing to "home bound" individuals. Stan's daughter, Afton Zapata has continued the family legacy as owner of the Alta Mesa Adult Care Home. She is a certified caregiver and licensed resident manager as well as a decade of hands-on caregiving experience.
Today, our focus continues to be on Assisted Living providing Tender Loving Care to our aging adult population.
